Yoga nidra - also called yogic sleep or deep relaxation - is a guided meditation technique. I will be guiding you through a progressive relaxation of the physical body that deepens into the inner spaces of your awareness.

The complete meditation lasts about 30 minutes, and is best experienced in a dark, warm room, lying down on a mat or bed, or reclining back as far as is comfortable for you. You may also cover yourself with a blanket to stay warm as the body cools during relaxation.

I will guide you into the meditation for several minutes of silence, then guide you back out to close.
